We prefer to deliver your on-the-day stationery direct to your venue (especially the table plans!) so why not add our service of venue set-up to your requirements?
We will have discussed, in great detail, how you want you stationery and decor to be displayed and therefore have a very clear picture of your requirements. But most importantly we know how it is designed to be displayed (to be honest, I have been mortified in the past to see beautiful tent card table name cards shoved and squashed in table number stands… and therefore not displayed in the correct manner… its such a shame). Additionally, if you have made some decorative pieces yourself, drop them off to us and we’ll set these up for you as well!
We charge a set-fee which covers 2-hours on site at your venue, after this period of time we charge an hourly rate. The amount of time required at your venue will depend on how many tables/guests you have and the amount of items to be set-up.
We can liase directly with your venue to arrange a suitable time for set-up.
