For me, your Table Plan is the second most exciting item that I design for you! I LOVE working on the design for these, especially when there is an underlying theme or effect that you want to convey to your guests!
After taking in their surroundings, your table plan will quite often be the first thing your guests see at your reception (especially, if you have opted for an “A Bespoke Design Table Plan”, most of the ones we create measure 70x100cm, so they can’t be missed!) and can therefore be used as part of your reception decor!
All of the Table Plans we create show the layout of the tables as they are within your reception which gives a clear indication of the location of the table for your guests and speeds up the time it actually takes for them to sit down!

A simple mount format with Guests listed at the table on which they are to be seated;

“Hanging” format, designed to be hung like a Washing Line, or from a message tree;

A detailed aperture format with Guests listed at the table on which they are seated;

An A-Z guest list format with a separate indication of table layout (particularly suitable to you if you have 100 or more guests, it saves LOTS of time for guests trying to find their name in a list);

Frames are not included in the price of our table plans, prices are available on application. We also have a wide range of frames available for hire!
