Table Names are a great way of adding a more personal touch to your day… numbers are a little boring after all! Choose a theme of names that relates to you as a couple or the style of your day. Additionally, these can act as a great conversation piece for guests that don’t know each other when they first take their seats.
Table Name Ideas: Travel (Countries, City’s, Places that you’ve travelled to, or will be visiting on your honeymoon… currently a very popular choice!); Poignant dates of your relationship (your first “date”, when you got engaged, the birth of a child, a special occasion, etc… think about adding a description to these); Family Names (Surnames within your families that build your new family tree); Music; Wine!; Favorite restaurants; Films; the list goes on…
When choosing the design of the Table Name cards make sure you consider how they will be displayed, taking into account the other items that will be on the table. For example, if you have chosen tall floral arrangements, opt for the table names to be displayed at Table Level.
